Rental Terms

• Minimum Age & License
  • The renter must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving license for a minimum of 1 year.
  • An international driving permit may be required for non-residents.
• Rental Period
  • The minimum rental period is 24 hours.
  • Late returns will incur additional charges as per the hourly rate.
• Fuel Policy
  • The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of rental.
  • Refueling charges will apply if fuel is lower.
• Insurance & Damage
  • Standard insurance is included, covering third-party liability.
  • The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance or caused by negligence.
• Mileage Limit
  • Daily mileage limit is given (additional charges apply for excess mileage).
• Prohibited Use
  • The vehicle must not be used for racing, off-road driving, or illegal activities.
  • Smoking inside the car is strictly prohibited and will incur a cleaning fee.
• Accidents & Breakdowns
  • In case of an accident, the renter must immediately inform the rental company and the police.
  • No repairs may be carried out without prior approval.
• Fines & Violations
  • The renter is responsible for all traffic fines, tolls, and violations incurred during the rental period.
• Deposit & Payment
  • A security deposit is required at the time of rental, refundable upon safe return of the vehicle.
  • Payment must be made in full before the rental period begins.
• Termination
  • The company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement in case of breach of terms.
